The consultancy was founded by Dr Laura Brown, who was the Course Director of MSc in Clinical Research, Cardiff University, and an independent training and management consultant for many years. Laura has also taught as a visiting Associate at Cranfield School of Management on MBA Executive programmes.

Laura has an outstanding reputation in the pharmaceutical industry for both her pharmaceutical expertise and her ability to deliver stimulating, interactive and interesting training courses.
