A training needs analysis for a major international pharmaceutical company - This involved extensive training needs analysis both in Europe and the US. A number of new programmes were identified, scoped, sourced and implemented to improve staff performance and quality of work. This was subsequently used to effect major improvement in staff capabilities.
Project management skills training for a leading biopharmaceutical company - This involved design of a project management process and training of many company staff. The process has been adopted by the company leading to real savings of time and cost subsequently.
A management and project management skills training and development accredited programme for a services company to the pharma industry - This involved training all the project managers from a major pharma service provider over a two year period to develop the skills of the project managers to best in class. Facilitation of organisational development of a high growth biotech business - The Pharma Mini MBA programme was run for the European clinical operations team and this significantly improved the competencies of the strategic thinking of the department.
